Largest Snake Contest
With both a local and a professional division, snake hunters from across the country come for braggin rights and a cash prize to see who caught the biggest snake. Join us at the measuring of the contest snakes to see who wins this year's Okeene Rattlesnake Hunt!
All entries must be registered at least 30 minutes before the contest.

Den of Death
This is the place where all the snake hunters bring the snakes to display. Come witness hundreds of snakes on display and demonstrations by some of the best snake handlers from the area. Get up close and personal with the Western Diamondback Rattlesnakes (hundreds of them!)
Truly a MUST-SEE event at the Okeene Rattlesnake Hunt.
Butcher Shop
The Butcher Shop always attracts a crowd at the hunt. Watch how the handlers prepare rattlesnake for consumption. Every part of the snake is used so nothing is left to waste. The handlers demonstrate cleaning techniques as well as provide rattlesnake education and awareness.
Carnival
The carnival is all about having fun! Stop right up to a variety of exciting rides and fun games, designed for kids of all ages. We have plenty to keep you entertained with a variety of games and prizes for winners. The carnival runs Thursday Nite through Saturday Nite.
Food Vendors
The Okeene Rattlesnake Hunt offers a wide variety of fair food items from across the state. Some of these items include cotton candy, funnel cakes, turkey legs, corn dogs, ice cold refreshments and more. Fried Rattlesnake is also on the menu for those willing to try!
Shopping
Shopping at the hunt is a new experience every year. The hunt features vendors from not only across the state but across the country. Offering arts and crafts, clothing, gifts and also you can get official Okeene Rattlesnake Roundup Merchandise!
Live Music
From traditional country to high energy rock and roll, the music stage serves up a variety of sounds for your pleasure. Join us on the music stage with musical performances .
